Join NAFDMA in Ontario, Canada for our summer Agritourism Farm Tour! You can view our farm stops, book your accomodations and browse online on the AFT website.

REGISTRATION: Registration for NAFDMA's AFT is open to both members and non-members. If you are not currently a member of NAFDMA and would like to register at the discounted rate, please explore our membership options here: https://www.nafdma.com/membership.

Current NAFDMA members will receive discounted pricing at checkout. You MUST be logged into your account/the membership portal to receive member pricing. Enter your email address or user name that is linked to your NAFDMA account followed by the password associated with your login. If you cannot remember your password, click the text for "Having trouble logging in" to have your password reset information emailed to you.

When registering yourself, family members and/or your team, please enter a unique email for each registrant.

Payment is due at the time the registration form is completed. If you are paying by check or ACH, please note that your registration will not be processed until payment has been received.

* Registration is limited to 150 participants to facilitate an immersive learning experience. We will maintain a waitlist if capacity for the event is reached.

Children ages 2 and under do NOT need to be registered and can attend the event at no charge. Children ages 3 and above must be registered for the event at the appropriate child registration rate.

Your hotel stay is not included in the registration fee and must be arranged separately. Hotel reservations for the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, the host hotel, can be made HERE or you may call the reservations line at (877) 859-5899. When calling, please mention "NAFDMA July 2025 event" to receive the negotiated rate. The NAFDMA event rate is $189CAD/night (single/double occupancy) and includes complimentary self parking and 2 breakfast vouchers per room, per day for the hotel buffet breakfast. *NOTE: The room rate is offered in Canadian Dollars. Room reservations must be made on/before Wednesday, July 2, 2025 to receive the negotiated rate. 

The Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport. The shuttle operates 24 hours a day and runs at 30-minute intervals. For your convenience, courtesy phones are available outside of baggage claim in both terminals.

• Terminal 3: Post 41, Arrival Level, Inner Curb

Cancellation Policy: Registrations for NAFDMA events are non-refundable. Written requests for registration cancellation will be accepted until July 7th, and an event credit will be issued, less a $75 cancellation processing fee or the registration(s) may be transferred to another attendee. If transfer is to an attendee outside of the original farm registration, a $75 processing fee will be assessed. After July 7th, no event credit can be issued. Please email info@nafdma.com for these requests.
