Christina is Founder & CEO of Concept to Culture, an organizational development consultant, certified change management practitioner, and leadership coach, Christina partners with farm operators and business owners to strengthen their operations and lead well through change. She has worked alongside agricultural businesses to improve day-to-day operations, navigate challenges, and turn hard problems into practical, workable solutions.
Christina is passionate about equipping people to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose, honoring the values and heritage that matter most to them while building capacity for the future. When she’s not consulting or teaching, she enjoys life with her husband and finds joy in building strong, meaningful connections wherever she goes.
