ICIC is a national nonprofit focused on strengthening local economies by supporting small businesses and the communities they anchor.
In partnership with Goldman Sachs, ICIC helps deliver Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB), a highly competitive growth program designed to help small business owners build the skills, connections, and confidence to scale.
A few highlights of 10KSB:
- Offered at no cost to the business owner — every participant receives a full scholarship, with tuition funded by the Goldman Sachs Foundation
- Hands-on education for business growth with a practical, action-oriented approach
- Real results: within 6 months of graduating, 66% of businesses report increased revenues and 44% report adding new jobs
- Curriculum focuses on real-world business skills like negotiation, marketing, and employee management
- Access to highly trained professionals who understand what it takes to grow a small business
- An expanded peer network of growth-minded business owners from across the country
