Make NAFDMA's convention website your FIRST stop before registering to plan your participation and find the answers to your questions.

REGISTRATION: Current NAFDMA members will receive discounted pricing at checkout. You MUST be logged into your account/the membership portal to receive member pricing. To login, visit: https://www.nafdma.com/  Then, click the "Member Login" button. Enter your email address or user name that is linked to your NAFDMA account followed by the password associated with your login. If you cannot remember your password, click the text for "Trouble logging in" to have your password reset information emailed to you.

When registering yourself, family members and/or your team, please enter a unique email for each registrant. A unique email is needed to register for and use the Convention app.

HOTEL: Hotel costs are NOT included in convention registration fees. Due to the amount of attendees anticipated for the 2025 NAFDMA Convention and Expo, we have a room block at the Hyatt and overflow space at the Hilton in downtown Lexington. Both hotels are both a very short indoor walk to the Central Bank Center where the Expo and educational sessions will be held. Book your accomodations HERE to receive the NAFDMA group rate. Please NOTE - rooms may be very limited/not available at the Hyatt, depending on the night(s) guests want to stay.

TRANSPORTATION: Registrants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport, if you are flying. All transportation information may be found HERE.

CHILDREN: This is a family friendly event. Children 2 and under are free. Children 3-17 will receive a discount. Please register your child using the appropriate "CHILD" registation type on the registration form. If you would like to register more than one child, please email christine@nafdma.com for assistance with your additional children's registration. With enough participation, we will be providing a children's education program this year for ages 5-12.  Children must be registered for the convention using the appropriate option AND need to provide age information in advance to christine@nafdma.com to participate in the children's education program.
