Michael Holtzman received his BS in Restaurant Management from California Polytechnic University, and now has over 45 years of food and beverage industry experience.

His focus has been on improving the sales, quality, and profitability of food service operations.

In 1991, Mr. Holtzman founded HGHE, a company specializing in captive market hospitality. More than 1,000 facilities across the globe including Private Clubs, Water Parks, Theme Parks, and Agritourism Venues utilize HGHE food concepts, methodology, and designs to create outstanding hospitality experiences.

Michael is recognized as a leader in the industry, and has presented more than 460 education sessions on the topic of food and beverage to more than 1,000,000 attendees.
