In this workshop we will discuss a few of the more popular assessment tools out there, and learn how understanding more about ourselves and our team members works to strengthen our connection and improve our communication.

We will “self-assess” ourselves from both an enneagram and a strengths finders lens,

and discover how both our similarities to, and our differences from, our teammates can be our greatest opportunity for growth and connection.
