I'm Getting Sued - Now What

Getting sued is never fun, but this seminar will go over what to do in the unfortunate event that a claim arises or a lawsuit is served. 

This session will go over the steps to take upon receipt of a letter of representation from a plaintiff’s lawyer and what to do if you have been served with a Complaint. 

Attendees will learn the actions to take next. 

Combined with a panel of NAFDMA peers sharing their own experiences, we will present the “dos and don’ts” by way of trivia questions to create an interactive approach to the process.  Attendees will also learn the valuable lessons of preservation of evidence along the way in our game show presentation the process of litigation.
