Joan S. Allgaier is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator who specializes in general casualty, premises liability, recreation and amusement liability, product liability, and commercial matters. Ms. Allgaier also provides guidance on insurance coverage issues and counsels recreation providers, and non-profit agencies on safety, risk management, and best practices as to operations. Ms. Allgaier is active in several specialty bars and is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusiveness efforts in the legal industry. She is a board member of the IALDA – the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association. She presents at safety and education seminars for amusement and recreation providers. She was selected for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine, Rising Stars from 2013 to 2017. Most recently, Joan was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer from 2021 to 2023.
